About the event
Our Neuro-Spicy Social Meet-Ups are low-pressure, inclusive gatherings designed for neurodivergent adults to connect in ways that feel safe, flexible, and authentic.
These meet-ups are intentionally relaxed and unstructured. There is no expectation to socialise in a particular way - you’re welcome to sit quietly, join a conversation, observe, read a book, play a game or come and go as needed. Many attendees describe these as “I almost didn’t come” events - and that’s exactly who they’re for.
